Check the Red Coax Cable
The red coax cable runs through the umbilical. Meter out both ends from Printhead to main CPU board.

Check the Connections
Both ends of the red coax cable should be checked. Replace the main CPU board if the connections appear correct and you are still getting a HV Fault warning. Submit an RMA to have the old CPU board repaired.
